KEDAH, MALAYSIA (3 March 2026) – NEUTO Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of NEUTO Group, has officially entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Kester Sdn Bhd to spearhead a strategic collaboration focused on renewable energy and the advancement of green technology projects within the state of Kedah.
A Strategic Alliance for Sustainability
Under the terms of the agreement, NEUTO will serve as the Project Delivery Partner, providing technical expertise and execution capabilities to support Kedah’s overarching sustainability agenda. Kester Sdn Bhd will act as the State Facilitator, leveraging its role as a coordinator and developer to enable and streamline investments in the renewable energy sector.

Focus on Green Infrastructure
A primary objective of this MOU is to facilitate new investments in high-impact projects, specifically the establishment of liquid hydrogen ISO-tank manufacturing and the expansion of large-scale solar initiatives especially in floating solar and latest ground mounted solar technologies. These efforts are designed to align with state government policies to transition Kedah into a regional hub for green technology.
